Room key distinguished guests and remains on his stay in the mini-hotel.
In support of fire safety, it is prohibited to use personal heaters. Leaving the room, turn off, please, air conditioning, lighting lamps and other electrical appliances, do not leave open intake valves.
Smoking is permitted only in designated areas - on the landing. Smoking in other places on the site, including in the rooms is prohibited!
Are kindly requested to comply with the rules of silence after 23.00: mute the TV, loud noises, etc..
Unauthorized persons may be invited in at 8. 00 to 23. 00.
Under any circumstances, in the absence of the manager on duty, not to let outsiders in the hotel.
Guest can freely use the utensils and appliances:
- Fridge
- Microwave
- Gas-stove
- Computer
- Copier
in the lobby and in the kitchen. Utensils used outside of breakfast time should be left in the dishwasher or in the sink in the kitchen.
Time of arrival and departure of guests (checkout time) - 12.00
* High season and "White Nights": Arrive 13:00
Leaving the hotel, make, please complete payment for accommodation and additional services. Do not forget to hand over the room key manager on duty.
If you violate the above rules stay, the hotel has the right to refuse a guest in his future residence.
In case of damage to property the hotel, as well as the commission of other illegal acts guest, the last fully reimburse the damage they have suffered and is responsible under the legislation of the Russian Federation.
